No. You can add as many users as your organization requires. Your subscription is based on the number of seats purchased; if your needs grow, you can easily scale your plan to accommodate more team members.
Voters are not counted toward your seat total on our platform.
- Admins & Members: Can initiate new hackathons at any time.
- Guests: External participants (customers/partners) cannot create hackathons. However, you can assign them a "Guest Organizer" role to help manage a specific event they have been invited to.
Yes. You have full control over who joins your event. You can securely invite customers or partners by pre-approving guest lists or by requiring participants to request approval before they are granted access to your private hackathon.
